At-Home Workout Tips For Firmer Legs/Core

Hey guys! A lot of you have been commenting lately that you wanted a video that was geared toward some workouts you can do at-home (or at the gym) that can firm up your butt/arms/core/etc. so here it is! The exercises in this video are meant to firm up your legs (glutes, thighs) as well as your core, chest and arms. Workout with me throughout this video and I promise you will feel the burn!

SETS & REPS:
Each performed exercise was done in sets of 10. Next to each workout you will see a percentage build-up according to how long it took me to complete the movements.

BEGINNERS: 8-10 reps each (80%-100% according to video)

ADVANCED: Mandatory 10 reps (100% according to video)

TIP: Add some ankle weights to intensify the workout.

TIP: When you are doing the leg workouts, don't point your feet. Keep your toes pointing to the ground. You will get a better burn in your glutes and thighs!
