I really love Fitness, so I created a program that includes the best secrets and info of these best selling E-books mixed with my own view of nutrition, exercise and the mind secrets for success. The main purpose of my book is to make things easy. I say what works and what doesn't, period!

I don't recommend any fad or extreme diet. I allow you to eat whatever you like(in the "OFF Days") as long as you understand some mandatory rules and follow some concepts (in the "ON Days"). I give you freedom to eat whatever you want in these 2-3 "Off" days as long as you make progress in the 4-5 "On" days of the week.

I also tell you how to plan your week in advance, so for example if you want to go to a party, you do it in your "Off" day. This way you will be permitted to eat more and even have some drinks. You can plan to have your "Off" days in days in which you; hang around with friends, go to a party, go to a barbacue, have family reunions, birthdays, Christmas, New Years Eve. These days you will rest mentally and physically from exercise and "diet".

*When I say "Diet" I mean to eat some specific amount of calories and macronutrients(protein, fat and carbs) during that day. But that doesn't matter that you can have Ice Cream after your workout. The word "diet" in my program only means to stay between a range of calories for that day, and it means that you can choose any kinds of foods. If you like to breakfast black coffee, bacon and eggs: you can. If you like to breakfast a more sweet breakfast like fruits, yogurt and cereal; you can.

In my program doing weight training or any kind of aerobics (even sports) is up to you.

a) You can only diet(eat less without doing exercise)

b) You can eat normal and do more exercise

or

c) Do both (diet and exercise). I tell you just the plain truth.
