Beetroot (aka Beets) are one of the most healthy vegetables known to humans. Although this vegetable can be overwhelming to some the benefits to beets out weight the strong taste that some dislike. From personal experience, when I first started juicing beets and other vegetable the taste was unpleasant but within weeks I started to really warm up to the taste of all raw vegetables. Beets actually became my favorite vegetable to juice and gave me sustainable energy during my long distance runs. Nowadays I cannot drink jugged juices (which are unhealthy if you do your research) because they taste like medicine. If you drink this juice, have a balanced diet and exercise I guarantee that you will lose weight. I lost over 50 lbs and I never felt hungry and I have kept the weight off while building lean muscle. There are no magic pills or diets just hard work and dedication. So my first tip is to start by adding this juice to your diet. It taste great!
