Easy Healthy Recipes | How I lost 30 Pounds | Lexi Patterson

☆☆Happy Friday!! Sharing some of my fav recipes from snacks, meal ideas and a super yummy healthy desert! I am by no means an amazing cook, but if I can whip up some nutritious and tasty meals, so can you. I hope you get inspired by these meal ideas and incorporate them in your diet. Let me know if you try any of these out and what you think! Also customize them to your liking, if you prefer certain ingredients more than what I showed, use those!! Hope your focusing your energy on yourself. Mind, body, soul. Remember babes you won't be please with the outside of your body, if you don't love the inside too. Veggie Scramble Wrap:
-Sauté mushrooms/kale/chickpeas w Pink salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder and Paprika
-Scramble one egg
- Use La Tortilla Factory Multi-Grain Wrap (found at Publix) and spread avocado over it
-Add in veggie scramble to wrap
-Add tomatoes/everything but the bagel seasoning/sriracha

Food I always keep meal prepped:
Sweet Potato
- Cut into cubes and lightly drizzle the dish in EVOO
-Season sweet potatoes with Pink Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Cumin, Paprika
- Bake @ 425 for 35-40 min, depending how crunchy or soft you prefer
Jasmine Rice
- I make 1 cup of rice to keep throughout the week for meals and I use a rice cooker

Veggie Burger Buddha Bowl:
- Sauté kale, mushrooms, chickpeas w Green-wise brand Garden Veggie Burger
-Add 1 egg
-Had it with white rice (from meal prep)
-Topped with tomatoes/feta cheese/everything bagel seasoning/sriracha

Easy Smoothie Recipe:
(this smoothie is perfect when you're hungry, but want something healthy and low cal)
-Blend Frozen Mixed Berry Mix
-Frozen Banana
-Spinach
-Apple Cider Vinegar
-Chai Seeds
(also can addd protein powder, PB, greek yogurt... completely customizable)

Chocolate Chip Muffins:
Recipe is linked! (I didn't have apple sauce, so I used a banana and it worked perfect. Also didn't have plain greek yogurt, only some random yogurt and it worked great. Don't stress about about having exact ingredients)

^ Also I used Truvia sugar instead of regular sugar and there's different conversions for it, so if you use a sugar replacement make sure you're checking the conversions are right!
