Remember, muscle weighs more than fat. If you notice you gain a pound or two–don’t panic.
At 5’10, I weigh anywhere from 150 to 165 on any given day depending on how much I ate, drank, if I went running. During an hour of working out most people can lose between 3-5 pounds in water weight. But we’re going to get you to lose actual fat and build lean muscle- simply by eating better.
Caution: You need to save money now, because you’re going to need smaller clothing.
