1/2 cup Chia Seeds
1 1/2 cups Good Quality Water – Spring, Filtered Or Alkaline
1 Cup Freshly Made Cashew Or Almond Milk
1 cup dried fruits (soaked overnight) – currents, raisins, inca, goji or mulberries
1 fresh ripe banana
1 pnt raspberries
Optional – Spring of fresh mint
In a large bowl place chia seeds and water. Set aside to soak.
Cashew MILK – place 2 cups of soaked/activated cashews into the blender cup.
Add water just so the nuts are covered with liquid and blend 45 seconds.
Once the chia seeds have been soaking for around 20 minutes add a touch of your milk. Just enough to coat the chia seed mix to give it that creamy, sexy consistency
It’s at this stage if the dish requires sweetening you can as some honey or maple syrup to the chia mix. I prefer to use the soaking juice from the dried fruits.
Add a small handful of the soaked fruits to the chia mix and combine until fruits are evenly spread through the mix
Take your favourite bowl and place scoop in the chia mix in. Garnish with fresh fruits, banana and raspberries. Finish with a garnish of soaked berries. Real and enjoy you delicious creation.
