Hey guys, as the title suggests this was my 2nd attempt at the fast mimicking diet. This time I lasted the full 120 hours and managed to lose several lbs in bodyweight.
Last time I took Keto OS, this time I took KetoCaNa as my source of Exogenous Ketones. I also introduced more solid food, including vegetables, eggs, nuts and avocado. This has similar effects to the water only fasting but is perhaps (counter-intuitively) harder on hunger levels. Unlike last time my hunger was only hard to manage in the first 48 hours and after that it faded to a steady 5/10.
