Healthy food is not enough; Self Care is a HUGE factor in healing.

Are you still sick, can't lose weight even though you're eating all the right foods? In order for our bodies to function properly you must take care of your emotional and mental health. Stress and anxiety promote inflammation and keep us sick. In addition to good nutrition, I share my journey in implementing regular self care to heal from emotional and physical trauma.

Three things will change your life:
1. Meditate regularly.
2. Adopt a mantra that will give you strength during moments of weakness.
3. Everyday, do something that brings you joy.
