Hello guys, welcome back to another video. If you’re new here, my name is Luis Vargas and I’m a third year Pre-Medical student. Nutrition is quite a controversial topic. I do want to make it clear from the start that I am not a nutritionist; however, what I’m about to share is what I’ve used to lose over 50 pounds of fat and I still use this method today to maintain my current body weight. In this video I want to try to make the concept and practice of intermittent fasting as simple as I can. In basic terms, it is just not eating for specific periods of time. It’s not starving yourself or depriving your needs by any means; instead we are reducing the frequency of times we eat.
