I’ll show you how to get a nice derriere and feminine curves with 2 simple exercises. It’s not hard, but it’s also not as easy as just taking a magic pill and voila… you automatically have nice waist and hip curves and a great butt.
So understand that a little effort on your part will be required. But don’t worry, I won’t ask you to do much.
First you need to understand that feminine curves are more than how your hips and waist look. The curves are an illusion from your shoulders down to your knees. So here are a couple tricks to bring out those curves and your butt.
Work on Your Shoulders
By making your shoulders a little wider (don’t worry, you won’t look like a guy), you’ll give the illusion of a thinner waist. The best exercise to accomplish this is seated dumbbell presses. Get a pair of dumbbells and lift them over your head. Simply do 4 sets of 10 repetitions 2-3 days a week.
In a few weeks, the illusion of your curves will be more pronounced because of your shoulders
Work on Your Outter Quadriceps/Thighs/Derriere
Again, this has to do with illusions. If your outter thighs become more developed and slightly wider (again, don’t worry, you won’t have big guy legs), it’ll contrast with your more narrow waist… thus making it look like you have incredible curves.
Along with that, if you firm up your butt so it hangs higher and becomes more round… that’ll make a big difference in making your waist look even more tiny.
The best exercise to work both your derriere and your outter thighs is the narrow stance squat. Take a barbell and put it across the back of your shoulders. With your feet 12 inches apart, squat down as deep as you can. Do this for 4 sets of 10 repetitions twice a week.
If you do these 2 exercises as outlined, you’ll develop more feminine curves and get a nice derriere.
