So usually we divide the weight loss journey in 2 Sections ,
1 : Diet
2 : Workout
we have to understand that if you do the diet correctly , you should expect to lose 0.5 to 1 KG per week, which is great but .... here is the best part after 6 weeks . the study showed that each individual also refuse their dangerous visceral fat by 14% and they rescue their cholesterol , blood pressure and had a 5cm reduction in stomach fat.
