Lose weight is very simple. I lost 40 pounds in 2.5 months without any special gymsport program, by just following the proper menu every day. Many other people on youtube show their good results as well. Why then we have 70+ billion USD market of losing weight in the US only? I found only one answer to this question - it is easy to lose weight, but it is difficult to make it a new norm and sustain for entire life. So what to do with this?
