  5. Actually clicked the video because of my current situation. Just had acl surgery on my knee. Completely replaced acl and fixed meniscus. I don't want to sit around getting fat, but very limited to exercise, as I'm just learning how to walk again. They say it's a long slow road ahead and I wana get lean, instead of fat. Thanks for encouragement though! Lol

  7. I'm 15, 5'8 and weigh 170. 25% body fat. I want to get down (no rush) to 10 percent. how much exercise should I do a day? I also will try to only eat veggies, fruits, meats, and drink water. Thanks for answering if you can man.

  8. I like your stuff Andro but I disagree.
    Fasting doesn't help you eat junk food, it just helps you eat at a deficit with more ease. Just because someone fasts doesn't mean they can eat more junk food. Also, HIIT does burn more calories in shorter amount of time, but it may not be the most enjoyable method. Maybe walking at a faster pace won't burn as much as HIIT in 15 min, but walking for an hour can equal to 15 min of HIIT.

  10. Some people have no discipline when it comes to fasting like u don't have to eat every second man .. I fast for 20 hours and have a 4 hour eating window works crazy fat melts off

  11. So I started going to the gym 4 months ago. I lost 20lbs in the first month (november), and I was bodybuilding I got my usual lifting weight I did again. When Janurary started I started to go Powerlifting way cause it was more fun. But ever since that first month I'm stuck on the same body weight 260lb-255lb and I can never lose more weight, I started eating less fats and carbs intake but I'm at the same weight… I don't understand how this works. I bench 315, squat 450, and deadlift 500, and I'm 18 please help me. My goal is 190lb-175lb.

  12. Dude I wanna loose fat, and I'm eating less. And I'm going to the gym to gain muscle but since my main goal is to lose fat, I feel when I lift I'm not getting lean being I'm not eating enough to sustain the muscle growth? Can I be on a cut, and still gain muscle? p.S I don't wanna get bigger just wanna tone up
