The fatter you are, the faster this will work. This is not about counting calories or starving yourself. That's what's next, stay tuned.

Some of you guys want some tips on how to lose some extra pounds to look good on your shirt or off your shirt. How about something better? Here's a plan, a method, on how to lose your belly fat forever.

What's really interesting about this is that the bigger you are, the more man boobs you have, the bigger your gut is, the better and faster this will work on you. This is really really really simple. Pause everything else you're doing and follow everything that I'll say. This is effective.

Step one.
Remove ALL drinks from your diet except water. Soda, gatorade, coffee, you can't take them. Actually, just doing this step will get you good results pretty fast but let's get to the next step.

Step two.
Try your best to eliminate sugar from your diet except fruits. Some experts say that you should eliminate fruits but I wouldn't do that. And it's up to you. What you should do though is keep fruits to a minimum. When you eliminate sugar from your diet, a lot of good things will happen to your body including slowing down your aging process, sleep like a baby, have more energy throughout the day, and of course burn a lot of weight.

Step three.
This might be tough for busy people, but walk. Do one whole hour of walking. I'm not saying do complex exercises or kill yourself at the gym. I'm saying walk. This is very easy, time is your only enemy. But when you really want to have a better body, to look good and feel good about yourself, you will make time for this. While walking, I suggest listening to an audiobook... or music if you don't want to learn. Just kidding, listen to audiobooks to get smarter while getting fitter.

Only drink water, eliminate or keep your sugar to a minimum, and walk an hour a day. And while you're walking, listen to an audiobook to make good use of your walking time. Just doing one of these steps will get you results but imagine what 3 steps can do for you.
