  7. Food logging. Every time I get serious about weight loss, I start a food journal. It makes me feel more accountable for what I put in my mouth, and I really start to pay attention. Also, the guilt factor for having to log junk is pretty daunting. 😁

    I don’t really have to lose weight, bc super fast metabolism runs in my family also I prefer healthier things over junk food and I play sports so I exercise a lot.   9. Disagree with #8. Intermittent fasting is working. Eating snacks spikes insulin. Blood glucose stays over a 100. If your meals have the right amount of protein, fats and vegetables your stomach fills up and you feel satisfied.

    Eat less
    Sleep 8+ hrs
    Move more then sitting or lying
    Take less sugar n salt
    Exercise more then 30+ mins 2 times a day well it depends on what u r doing well this guide is not complete yet i think

  12. Sleeping more gives me headaches. Even though you change your diet and don't exercise you'll never loose weight.
    And when it comes to TEA , DON'T add SUGAR. That might help.
