  8. My problem is when I eat 1k-1400 calories per day I find myself getting light headed to the point of passing out. It’s like not even feeling hungry, it’s passed that and it comes on suddenly. I don’t ever go under 1200 because of how shitty I feel. I dont know how to avoid the ‘hunger’’ at the end of the night once I hit 1200 for the day. I either can’t fall asleep or I just get nauseated. I can’t even distract myself from it. My weight has been bouncing between 135 up to 170 for years. Idk how to fight the hunger symptoms. It’s making me depressed. I need a legit appetite suppressant.

  9. So, I know you said you did not like working out…but if you are open to a suggestion, I highly recommend you try a pole dancing fitness class!! I've been doing it for about a year now and it has changed my life! I am a lot stronger than I have ever been and I encourage everyone to try it at least once! And if you do, you should totally do a video on it! 🙂

  11. You look awesome! You said that normally eat all your calories for the day in a 4 hour window. Technically people would say you do intermittent fasting. Did you realize you were doing that? I didn’t see any mention of fasting.
