Before moving to the Keto diet make sure to reset your metabolism. This is a short video explaining a way restart your metabolism and start to lose weight fast. The great thing about this diet is that it will not cost much to do it and you will not have to purchase any expensive diet products. the only things you will need are water and milk.

It is a 7 step process:
1. Wake up an hour before your workout and drink as much water as you can.
2. Go to the gym and do some type of workout for at least 45 minutes (just make sure that you are doing a continuous movement exercise.
3. After the gym fast for 4 hours (only drink water)
4. After the 4 hours drink a half pint of 1% or 2% milk
5. Two hours later eat lunch ( steamed vegetables, lean meat, and a complex carbohydrate ( pinto or black beans, etc).
6. Eat whatever you want for dinner and make sure you have that piece of chocolate cake or 10 cookies.
7. Don’t eat after 8 pm
