  1. did your skin magically get lighter due to the weight loss also? haha, I'm just joking love, but the photos look inconsistent with each other.

  2. I really enjoyed this video Mimi. I recently lost 30 pounds & I have kept it off thus far. What worked for me?

    (A) I sort the help of a nutritionist who really helped me with portion control. Within the 1st week I lost 3 pounds.

    (B) I exercised consistently. Even if I didn't want to go to the gym I would exercise in the park, in the break room at work & at home. FitnessBlender on YouTube has free & excellent workout videos.

    (C) I prepared my meals for the whole week on Sundays as I'm too busy to cook during the week.

    Hopefully these tips were helpful.

  3. I’m the same way, I prefer tennis (via Wii), walking or dancing verses exercising in a gym. I cannot stand it. I remain toned because I have to lift my dad on a daily basis being that I’m his full-time caregiver.
    I only eat when I’m truly hungry. I snack on fruit, nuts, and healthy chips in between meals. And most importantly drink plenty of water and allow yourself to take naps, Yes, adults need naps too. 👍🏽💖😊

I get you Mimi 🤦🏾‍♀️ to lose weight at times can be so difficult especially if you are under medication… have gianed almost 10kg and my weight has stuck in one place I ain’t gaining neither am I losing 😖 I go to gym every single day of my life I try to eat healthy except over the weekends 😩 and there’s no way in this world I’ll get rid of CAKE heal NO 😅😅 but health comes first in btw you look so snatched girl keep that body toned as per usual 🥰🥰 thanks for sharing XO ♥️

  6. Mimi, the struggle is real. I so identify with you and your relationship with food and exercise. I am the exact same way. I hate restricting myself and it fails miserably. I am going to try your suggestions. 🙂

  7. Yes looking good that alcohol is a big deal and it even darken the skin tones in the body, face and neck areas as you can see your skin color lightened up a bit.

  9. Great video Mimi! I used to think I was naturally skinny until recently. I fell in love with a certain porridge, started eating it daily and now my weight is going up. I go to the gym twice a week and eat lots of veggies bc I love them but the effect from my porridge intake is evident. I know I should stop but I'm on big bowl of this porridge even as I watch this video! Lol

  12. Thanks Mimi for this video. I've restarted so many times on my journey and hearing this has really helped me get back on the right frame of mind. Much of weight loss for me is the mental part. Once I have a non ideal day I freak out and say it's impossible to look the way I want to look. But the important thing like you said is not to let it turn into more bad days and to just keep going.
