My cousin Annie & I headed straight to Baker’s Crust right after our 5K!
About 2 months prior, Annie decided that she wanted to lose weight. She started out at 139 lbs. She lost 13 lbs. by following her strict diet & the 5 week workout plan I wrote her. Then she ran her first 5K! So proud!
