1. You must put yourself in the correct frame of mind in order to lose weight. You have to really want to lose weight. Make a commitment. You can’t do it for anyone but yourself. It is all about you! You won’t lose weight if it’s because somebody else wants you to or if you are only going to TRY to lose the weight. You must commit to it. Remember, you can do anything that you want to if you only set your mind to it. You have to be positive and tell yourself that you CAN do it. You are going to make yourself healthier. 3. Go through your kitchen and toss out or give away all of the foods that you know are not going to help you to lose weight. If your kitchen is filled with foods that are not suitable with your new way of eating, they need to go. It will be too much of a temptation to have these foods in your kitchen. If they are there, you will probably eat them.
