Today I’m going to give you the key that ties all of this together and makes losing weight and keeping it off easier than you ever thought possible…

That key, the key to losing weight, the key to lowering insulin production and insulin resistance, the key to improving cholesterol makers, healing the cardiovascular system and the gut, lowering blood pressure, helping to prevent cancers and dementia and even extending lifespan….

That key Is not some exotic, never-before-tried miracle diet…

In fact, it is one of the most ancient healing traditions in human history…

Hippocrates is widely considered the father of modern medicine. Among the treatments he, and countless others down through the ages, prescribed is the practice of fasting…

Historically referred to as “the physician within,” Fasting is ingrained in human heritage and is as old as mankind itself…

Best of all it’s free, there are no meals or books to buy and you can begin the practice immediately…

Like the practice of meditation, yoga or martial arts, the longer you engage in the practice, the easier it gets, the longer you can fast and the more healing your body is able to accomplish…

However, you don’t have to earn a belt to get started…in fact, the easiest way is to simply condense your daily eating window to 6 hours. This is referred to as 18:6 fasting…

Just skip breakfast, eat a good lunch at noon and eat a sensible dinner before 6 pm and you are fasting…it’s just that easy….

Do this 5 days per week, eat as normal on the weekends and you’ll be shocked at the results…
