I love travelling. I believe everyone does !!! However, lately I had a realisation that vacation mood is making it hard for me to maintain a healthy diet. I was not eating right while travelling. As a result I gain some extra Weight. But this time when travelled to Srilanka. I had some key point of eating in my mind to stay fit & to maintain my weight. Some of those are to always give preference to local food, that will suit the climate & your body more than anything else. Next is to keep yourself hydrated. Eat more locally available fruits & vegetables. Always pack some to go snacks for those hunger pangs.
