16oz lean ground turkey (or use whatever you have)
1/2 zucchini – grated
1/8 to 1/4 onion – grated
1 egg white or 1oz
1 to 1&1/2 teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste
2 tablespoons plain bread crumbs optional
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce (optional- use less salt if you do)
Mix and divide into 8 patties or weigh out 2 oz patties
200ish calories for 2 patties,
