It’s been 10-12-weeks and you’ve lost 10, 15, 20, 30-lbs!

It’s a temporary pause in a diet. It’s a phase that acts to “REST” or increase your metabolism by reversing the “metabolic slowdown” that naturally occurs when dieting. This is only accomplished by strategically increasing your calories while decreasing the amount of cardio you’re doing.
If implemented properly, what benefits does this phase have?
1. It increases your metabolism allowing you to lose fat faster, easier, and more sustainably than ever before.
2. It boosts your energy and reduces your hunger levels.
3. It cuts cravings and reduces fatigue and stress
4. It reduces your focus and obsessiveness with food
