Walking is a great weight loss exercise, despite its low intensity. It is very often underestimated because of that... but it turns out that walking is fantastic if you are:

- A beginner
- Obese
- Pregnant
- Old-age

Thanks to walking's low intensity, it is a great start. Some weight loss exercises like running are also good but they require a lot of work.

It's better to start with walking. This is an easy weight loss.

You can also try Nordic Walking. In NW you train with two sticks/poles. These two poles help you engage your arms more, and thanks to that they have some more intensity.

NW is great weight loss exercise for beginners as well.

Other options are either fast marching or walking with weights. These two have also higher intensity than walking but provide easy weight loss.
