I am extremely excited with my weight loss success and for the opportunity to help you with your weight loss success. I have a passion to share what I have learned with others who may be struggling with their weight. I have been the "fat kid" in class since 3rd grade. I have struggled with my weight for over 40 years. I know if I can lose weight and keep it off so can you! My weight loss success has been achieved by following 4 simple steps.

Step 1 -- Follow the Before, During and After Program: When I first received the idea for this program a few years ago I lost 70 pounds in 7 months. The BDA Program will help you conquer the physical side of weight loss. Following this strategy has turned off the mechanism that triggers hunger. I received the idea for the BDA Program from either my sub-conscious mind or Divine intervention; either way it has been nothing short of a miracle in my life. My book will explain in detail how I use this strategy to achieve my weight loss goals.

Step 2 -- Daily exercise: The only calorie burning exercise I use is walking (typically 1 to 2 miles per day). My book will explain in detail why exercise is extremely important in your weight loss journey.

Step 3 -- Read inspirational books: When I first lost 70 pounds in 7 months I only focused on the physical side of weight loss; I was completely unaware of the more important mental side of weight loss. My book will explain in detail how I use inspirational books to conquer the mental side of weight loss.

Step 4 --Take control of your self-talk: My book will explain in detail how you can take complete control of your self-talk; you will learn how to stop saying:

Weight loss is hard obesity runs in my family
I don't have time to exercise
Everything I eat goes to my hips
and you will learn to begin saying "weight loss is easy".

My book will explain how you can conquer both the physical and mental side of weight loss. Once both the physical and mental sides of weight loss have been conquered, weight loss really does become easy.

Estimates say that over 300,000 Americans die annually due to obesity related health problems.

If you are like me, you can't participate in many of the intense workouts that are available today; you may not even be comfortable going to an aerobics class. My purpose in life is to give you hope, a weight loss option that is realistic for you.
