There are four classes within the Superwoman Fitness Boot Camp program, cardio kick boxing, boxing, conditioning and squat squad classes. The kick boxing class is a cardio based work out that provides an exceptional full body work out and helps burn more calories than using a treadmill or elliptical at a gym. It’s a cardio work out that helps you shed pounds off your body in an hour. The drills in the class consist of hitting the bag as well as partner drills with other students and hitting and kicking pads. Like the kick boxing class, the boxing class also consists of hitting the heavy bag, minus the kicking. The boxing class still provides a full body work out while at the same time focusing slightly more on an upper body work out. The ultimate conditioning class is a series of high intensity exercises you jump into one after another.
