One of our most effective classes in the boot camp program is our kick boxing classes. The Cardio Kick Boxing class supplies a full body exercise and burns hundreds of calories per work out. It has you in constant motion for an entire hour to ensure the absolute best results. In addition to the kick boxing class, there is also the ultimate conditioning class, squat squad and boxing classes in the Superwoman Bootcamp as well. The conditioning class is a circuit training class building strength and endurance. Circuit work outs are quick work outs at a high intensity and you jump from one exercise right into the other work out. This training has your heart rate racing the entire time burning calories and fast much faster than working out on a treadmill or elliptical. The conditioning class like the kick boxing is a great weight training class that works out your entire body. The strength training of this class comes from the use of agility ladders, free weights, sleds and barbells. Different from the kick boxing and conditioning class, the squat squad class is a lower body work out. The squat squad class slows the work out down a bit compared to the other classes but yet still is an extreme work out burning just as many if not more calories and fat than the others. The Boxing class much like the kick boxing class is a cardio work out that involves hitting the heavy bag and as well as being a full body work out, it also focuses a little more on the upper body.
