The Superwoman Fitness Boot Camp offers four intense classes, cardio kick boxing, squat squad, ultimate conditioning class and boxing, all in which are available only to ladies. The kick boxing class provides a great full body work out that focuses on burning calories through increasing your heart rate. The work out is an hour long and in the hour you are shedding calories and fat off your body while having fun at the same time. The drills in the class consist of hitting the bag as well as partner drills with other students and hitting and kicking pads. Like the kick boxing class, the boxing class also consists of hitting the heavy bag, minus the kicking. It still provides a full body work out because it has you in constant motion the entire class. The ultimate conditioning class is a strength training class that trains you in circuit method.
