Whole Food Pizza

Cooking demonstration of how to make a delicious, vegan, whole food pizza in the kitchen at New Earth Wellness Retreat. This pizza is actually healthy and will help a person lose weight, reduce their cholesterol, increase their energy level and save many hours, days, weeks and months in the hospital recovering from things like stroke, bypass surgery or heart disease. No need for a lapband or gastric bypass with this kind of food. Put some of our cheese on this and bake it like that and you have a wonderful, guilt free treat.

Here are the ingredients:
½ a Delicious Olive Bread recipe
1 small can of tomato sauce
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
½ T. Italian Seasoning herb mix
1 t. paprika
½ t. salt
1 can sliced black salt cured pitted olives (no FG added)
1 onion chopped
1 red bell peper quartered and sliced
2 C fresh shiitake or shimiji mushrooms sliced
1 recipe of Parma-Jon (optional and not used in this video)
