[00:16] The order process remains the same with Linux.

[01:02] Take a look at VPS configurations and basic prices.

Beside a small Linux VPS as purchased 256 MB RAM for Bash Shell programming, I need another VPS for running my game server.

[01:40] I assumed that my previous videos are early helped you in account registration, so do it yourself.

[01:59] ProfiKVM in my case.
1. For long-term running of the game server, I leave this Auto renewal option on.
I will choose to pay for each month.

[02:12] The Windows VPS order/configuration process is as same as the old Linux one.

[02:24] A free sub-domain name will be generated, don’t worry.

2. Windows versions serve for various purposes, and of course; their price may vary, you must take care on it by yourself.

[02:51] For reference, I will select the Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard edition.

3. Windows requires extensive VPS resources, and your applications may need specialized features like: multiple CPU cores/larger Disk/more IP addresses/bigger RAM amounts than VPS templates provided.
So, let’s adjust VPS resources, make sure it is suitable for your budget!

[03:30] Now let’s pay for this VPS as instructed in old Linux videos.
Review the final configurations and the price of your Windows VPS.
4. By doing investment with Windows, you are sure in money spending, so, it’s worth trying on purchase/auto-renewal with greater periods (as mentioned) to see how big you can save (discounts will be applied automatically)!

[03:40] Select PayPal, review your identities and the payment amount.

[04:08] Logon with your PayPal account, verify the credit card, and the converted amount.

[04:52] Now you just need to wait about 10 minutes to see your Windows VPS is ready.

[04:58] You can start to manage it via “My servers” console.

The next part about ProfitServer Windows VPS will help you connect to the VPS, manage it via VMmanager, etc….
